Dr. Chandan began her dental education in India, where she earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She later completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
She has a particular fondness for working with children and helping them become comfortable with dental care. She also values caring for older adults, whose teeth, medications, and day-to-day needs can change over time. Dr. Chandan speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
Dr. Chandan owns Chandan Dental Associates in Sandy Lake as well as Mars Family Dental. Her interests include preventive, restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry, but she believes the starting point is simpler: understand the person in the chair and help them keep their own teeth healthy whenever possible.
Outside the office, Dr. Chandan is a mother of two. They are the two children pictured with her on this page.
